Chugh sounds like a real winner to me. Ziba tried to enforce lousy contracts and now they have a lawyer who loses trying to do the same thing.

His client must pay $215,050.61 in legal fees and other expenses to an Indian computer programmer who signed a restrictive work contract that forbade him from joining the agency's clients. "
Sounds like business as usual for Ziba Beauty Center and Sumita Batra.
